"Free Shipping + Free Insoles" Campaign Policy

Valid from November 15 to 30, 2025

1. Campaign Period

   • Valid for orders placed between November 15 and 30, 2025 (Lisbon time), inclusive.

2. Minimum purchase condition

   • The campaign applies only to orders with a value exceeding €80 (total after discounts, before shipping).

3. Free shipping

   • Free shipping to addresses in Mainland Portugal and Islands, only on orders over €80.

   • For international shipping, normal shipping costs apply.

4. Free Insoles

   • Free 1 pair of insoles for each eligible pair of shoes.

   • The offer is automatic and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

   • If size/model selection is required, this should be done at checkout, when available.

5. Combination with other promotions

   • The campaign cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotional codes, or ongoing campaigns, unless expressly stated.

6. Exchanges, returns, and cancellations

   • In case of return, if the order no longer meets the minimum of €80, the benefits will be adjusted:

     • Shipping cost may be deducted from the refund;

     • The free insoles must be returned; otherwise, their commercial value may be deducted.

   • In cancellations before shipping, benefits expire.

7. Final Provisions

   • Calçados Lusitanna may change or suspend the campaign at any time, without affecting orders already placed within the valid period.

   • Participation implies acceptance of these conditions and the store's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
