1 – Payment Methods

1.1 – Payment in Advance:
We accept payment via Multibanco, MB Way, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

1.2 – Payment in Installments:
Yes, it is possible! You can pay for your purchase in installments using your credit card.
Note: Payment in installments is made directly between the customer and the credit card issuer. Calçado Lusitanna does not offer its own installments.

1.3 – Payment Approval:
Credit card payments are subject to approval by the card issuer.
In case of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to confirm the registration data. We may contact the customer by email, telephone or WhatsApp, through our anti-fraud department.

2 – Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

2.1 – Delivery Areas:
We deliver to the following countries:
Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

2.2 – Shipping Costs:

• €5.20 for mainland Portugal and mainland Europe (including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta).

• €7.90 for non-continental Portugal (Azores Archipelago and Madeira Archipelago).

Free Shipping:
For orders equal to or greater than €70.00, shipping costs are free.

2.3 – Products to Order:
All of our products are made to order. As soon as payment is confirmed, we begin the process of manufacturing, separating or preparing your order, which may influence the shipping time.

2.4 – Shipping Methods:
Products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers/warehouses, located in Spain, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and China, via CTT Expresso Internacional.

2.5 – Delivery Deadlines:

• Continental Portugal and Europe: between 8 and 20 working days.

• Non-Continental Portugal: between 15 and 30 working days.

Important Notes:

• The deadlines indicated refer to working days (not considering Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

• These are maximum deadlines; you may receive your order sooner.

• Shipping will be carried out after confirmation of the availability of the items and the respective payment.

• After shipment, the order registration number will be provided for tracking.

2.6 – Responsibility for Deliveries:
Deliveries within the national territory are made by CTT Expresso.
Calçado Lusitanna is not responsible for delays, errors or mistakes made by the carrier. In case of problems, the customer should use the registration number to contact CTT Expresso directly.

2.7 – Validation of Shipping Data:
It is the customer's responsibility to fill in the shipping details correctly. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, the refund will only be made after the item has been received at the warehouse of origin.

2.8 – Taxes:
All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force (23%).

3 – Payment Confirmation

3.1 – Payment Processing:
Payment confirmation is made automatically by the entities EuPago, PayPal and Stripe.

3.2 – Payment Rules:

• For immediate confirmation: Credit card or PayPal.

• For payments via Mbway: you have 5 minutes to complete the payment after finalizing the order.

• For payments via Multibanco: you have 3 days to complete the payment after finalizing the order.

The User/Consumer has 14 days to make the exchange after receiving the item, respecting the rules of the commercial establishment.

No exchanges will be made for altered, washed, used, odorous items, items damaged in any way due to misuse or without the original packaging. Lusitanna.com is not responsible for the misuse of its items, nor for their incorrect use.

To make an exchange please contact us at the following email address info@lusitanna.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the exchange. We will return with exchange instructions within 24 business hours.

The customer can exchange it for another item or for a Voucher worth the purchase value to be used later.

In online exchanges, the first exchange (per purchase) is free, after the first exchange (free) the shipping costs are assumed by the customer.

We handle and bear the costs of collecting the purchased product and sending the new one.

In order to reduce our CO2 emissions, we have eliminated bulky boxes. All our items are transported in more compact but super-resistant packaging to keep them safe and impeccable.
