Black Friday Policy – Calçado Lusitanna

This Policy sets out the conditions applicable to the Black Friday Campaign promoted by Calçado Lusitanna, valid exclusively on the dates and times indicated below.

From 09:00 on 24/11/2025 until 23:59 on 30/11/2025.

1. Promotional Codes and Minimum Values

During the campaign period, customers can benefit from the following promotional codes, provided they meet the indicated minimum purchase value:

  • BF15 – 15% discount for purchases from €29.00

  • BF20 – 20% discount for purchases from €79.00

  • BF25 – 25% discount for purchases from €149.00

  • BF30 – 30% discount for purchases from €249.00

  • BF35 – 35% discount for purchases from €299.00

The minimum value is calculated on the product subtotal, before shipping costs or additional fees.

2. Conditions of Use for Codes

  1. Single application per order: Only one promotional code can be used per purchase.

  2. Non-cumulative: The codes are not cumulative with each other or with any other ongoing campaigns, offers, or discounts.

  3. Exclusive validity during the campaign period: Codes used outside the indicated dates will be automatically invalidated by the system.

  4. Discount incidence: The discount is applied exclusively to the value of the products, excluding shipping and additional services.

  5. Non-convertible codes: Codes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.

  6. Limitation of abusive use: Any improper, fraudulent, or contrary use to the terms defined herein may result in the annulment of the purchase or the applied discount.

  7. Changes or cancellation: Calçado Lusitanna reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the campaign in case of obvious technical error, abuse, or exceptional circumstances, always ensuring respect for the consumer's legal rights.

  8. Returns: In case of return, the refund will be made only for the amount actually paid, already with the discount applied, as provided in the Cancellation, Return, and Warranty Policy available at:
