Our products are sent by our partner suppliers/warehouses directly to your address via CTT EXPRESSO INTERNACIONAL; We work with suppliers in Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and China.

The delivery time is 8-20 business days for mainland Portugal and Europe, and 8-24 business days for non-mainland Portugal., after the order is posted; NOTE: DELIVERY DAYS ARE BUSINESS DAYS 

 The delivery time for the rest of Europe is 8-24 business days.

Within national territory, all deliveries will be made by CTT EXPRESS.

Due to this fact and because we have no control over the procedures of the delivery company, any delay, mistake or error on their part should be handled by our customer directly with them.

All orders have a tracking number, and customers should use it to report any problem with the order to the delivery company using the available channels within that company.
